Individual sessions
Your individual counselling session is a space and time for you. The focus is on you and how you are experiencing the difficulties that are troubling you.
Counselling does not offer a miracle solution to the challenges that life has thrown at us, but many people find that they benefit from being able to speak honestly - perhaps for the first time - about their problems and the accompanying difficult and painful feelings, in the safe context of a confidential relationship with their counsellor. It can offer a different perspective and the opportunity to gain greater self-awareness, which can lead to a place of more choice in your interactions with others and the wider world.
